My focus is Design Systems: architecture, token strategy, component design, governance, and adoption. Most recently worked on redesigning a complex 5-module back-office platform and building its design system from scratch. Previously with Puma.

A design system for First Digital Trust's multi-module back office

Created a shared design foundation for a complex fintech back office, from token architecture to component governance, enabling consistent and scalable product design.

Led the UI team that drove Puma's shift from disconnected regional storefronts to a single headless, design-system-powered experience, as the system's first adopter and a primary contributor.
